COMFORT PLAN - $205.00 + TAX
NON-FUEL OIL CUSTOMERS PRICE IS $250.00 + TAX
C.A. Albright & Sons LLC agrees to clean, maintain, repair, or replace any part of the oil heating furnace or boiler that becomes faulty due to normal wear and tear during the contract period. This includes one (1) complete cleaning, efficiency adjustment, and one (1) oil filter change annually. All required parts and labor provided without additional cost to the customer.
This plan is in effect on a 24-hour a-day basis during the heating season for emergency situations. Normal services will be done weekdays.

COMBO COMFORT PLAN - $255.00 + TAX
NON-FUEL OIL CUSTOMERS - $300.00 + TAX
A Combo Plan consists of all above in the Comfort Plan and includes a thorough cleaning and adjustment of the oil fired water heater.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
1. All plans are available to C.A. Albright & Sons LLC customers who exclusively use C.A. Albright & Sons LLC heating oil during the contract period. Contracts will be cancelled without refund if customer does not meet conditions. Non-fuel oil customer contracts excluded.
2. Both Comfort and Combo Plans are subject to inspection and approval of all equipment to be covered by plan chosen prior to the effective date of the contract.
3. Both plans will be in effect for one (1) year from the date the invoiced tear-off slip is returned to C.A. Albright & Sons LLC. Payment must be received within 30 days and is separate from any budget payments or fuel oil delivery payments. Contracts can be automatically renewed yearly by calling or writing that you want to extend the plan.
4. All plans are non-refundable, under any circumstances, but may be transferred if the house is sold.
5. Both plans will be in effect 24 hours a-day during the heating season for emergency service (September 30th through May 1st). Emergency is defined as: no heat, oil leak, hot water piping leak, fumes, or other needs as determined by the technician. Non-emergency service will be completed during weekdays.
6. Parts & Labor contracts are not available for customers using #2 fuel oil in an outside above ground tanks. However, if kerosene is used year round, then the plans will be available.
7. Tankless coil cleaning is not covered under service contract.
8. These contracts cover only those repairs and replacement of parts which result from normal operation of the heating equipment during the effective period of the contract. Any person other then a C.A. Albright & Sons LLC employee rendering repairs or adjustments to the equipment, except as instructed by C.A. Albright & Sons LLC, may void this contract.
9. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC will use only new and reconditioned parts subject to availability and are guaranteed for 1 year.
10. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC shall not be liable under these contracts for customer’s failure to use ordinary care in the operation of heating equipment, including but not limited to: customer failure to keep adequate water in boiler (if applicable): oil in tank (if applicable), failure to turn on main switch or any other cause unrelated to normal operation of heating equipment, or which may affect C.A. Albright & Sons LLC ability to fulfill its obligations under the terms of the contract.
11. When it is no longer practical to continue servicing customer’s equipment due to age or obsolescence, C.A. Albright & Sons LLC reserves the right not to renew this agreement at any time; or C.A. Albright & Sons LLC (with customer’s approval and at customer’s expense) will modernize customer’s equipment which will continue this contract.
12. Non-contract cleaning and tune ups of furnace, boilers, hot water heaters will be invoiced at the time the work is done and are payable within 30 days of invoice date.
13. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC shall not be liable for damage resulting from unattended buildings, riots, flooding, power failure, terrorist attack, strikes, or acts of God.
14. Service not covered by all plans: complete burner replacement, air cleaners, thermostats, anti-freeze, thawing of frozen water or oil lines, humidifiers, bronze body circulators, air conditioning, oil tanks, boiler section heat exchanger, domestic hot water coil, hot water or steam heat piping, warm air duck work, radiators, and registers, expansion tanks and spiral vents are not included.
15. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC reserves the right to decline coverage at any time.
16. All parts, equipment and/or labor not covered under these contracts will be charged to customers at the prevailing rates.
